Recent pics of Carter - age approx. 2 weeks

Sorry for the lack of editing / duplication but I put these up in a hurry. The public demanded to see them.

Carter After Dark (or in the dark).

1) First known pics of Carter. He was a little less than 8lbs, 12oz in this one.

2) About a month later - he looks a little too much like a fossil here for my taste.

3) Favorite ultrasound - we taught him how to do a "thumbs up".

4) This one is around 8 months. Last good pic of him before he got too big for clear ultrasounds.

Piedmont Hospital

Ashley & Carter ready to go home from the hospital.
This nurse was amazing! She kept us sane, let us sleep a little longer, and in general did everything to make as comfortable as possible.










This was Ashley's bed. Made Ashley wish she had a craftmatic adjustable bed at home. She'll have to wait another 40-50 years for one of those. Looks relatively comfortable compared to the next picture.










This was Ben's "bed". I think the hump in back disappeared after a few days back home.

Carter is Today's Special

Here it is - Carter on QVC. Special thanks to Honorary Aunt Brooke Wilson, Kodak's Guest Host on QVC. Unfortunately, Carter is declining autographs at this time.

TV in Carter's Future?

*** Just got word he will be on during one or all of these airings - at 4PM, 7:16PM, 10:42PM ***

Carter may be showing up on QVC at some point on Friday, August 15. Kodak has a "Today's Special Value" at QVC, and I gave my friends there for the airing to try and use this as a print sample. First airing is at Midnight Eastern Time on Friday (after 11:59PM Thursday).

If we find out the picture will actually be used, we'll update this post with the time of the airing.
