Videos from Week 6-7

He has to be closing in on 13lbs, if not already there. We've noticed in the last week that he is smiling pretty frequently. I'd say 1/3 smiles, 1/3 perplexed, 1/6 stiff lower lip, and blank look the rest of the time. Sorry for the random fractions.

Is Carter a Pacifist if he is Pro-Nuk?

He is learning to love his pacifier. Or more appropriate, mom and dad are learning to love the pacifier as a sanity tool.

In the videos below, Carter is showing his growing mastery of all things pacifier.

For a quick plug, he has shown that he likes the Nuk pacifiers, from Gerber. Not sure if you can be Pro-Nuk and a pacifist, but he is trying.

Aunt Elizabeth Came To Town

Couple of pics and videos of Aunt Eliabeth's visit to Atlanta. Note - she is a real Aunt. We've been giving out honorary relative titles, but she is the real thing. Carter looks forward to meeting Uncle Josh sometime soon.

You be the judge ... The first video, we're trying real hard to get him to smile. I sound horrible trying to get him to smile with my fake laugh.

2nd video, he may have done it. However, we can't be impartial, so we need 3rd party verification.
